Welcome to JCI Vientiane

We are proud to announce the official chartering of JCI Vientiane, marking a historic milestone as the first Junior Chamber International chapter in Lao PDR. This momentous occasion represents the beginning of a new era of youth leadership development that will empower young leaders aged 18-40 to create positive change in our communities and nation.


Under the leadership of Founding President Sounay Phothisane, JCI Vientiane will serve as the cornerstone for establishing JCI Laos as a national organization, bringing world-class leadership development opportunities to Lao youth.

JCI Vientiane addresses the critical need for structured leadership development and international networking opportunities for young professionals in Laos. As our nation continues its economic development journey, we need empowered, globally-connected young leaders who can drive innovation, foster entrepreneurship, and create sustainable impact.
